Me, myself and I

After 20 years of treading this path of self-discovery, answers still seem far away. Questions have changed with circumstances and people have changed with time. What stayed the same, was change. And it is this change that I wish to trap here, in my space.

Journey till now has been fairly normal. No filmy climaxes or miracles through 10 years of schooling from Parle Tilak Vidyalaya and after a dormant two year stint with Sathaye College, I now find myself living it up in Sardar Patel Institute of Technology pursuing what people outside the 15-25 years age bracket term as ‘Electronics Engineering’. Yes the thing with the diodes and transistors. Though unfortunately there is ideally a lot more to it. More on that later. To me, what I am doing right now is shuttling between two homes, SPIT and the place where I sleep at night.

Talking and more talking are my two favourite pastimes. I could talk about anything under the sun and that would be an understatement. But yes, I have my silent times too and this blog is the product of those few contemplations.

I write about what is on my mind. It’s my way of letting go of things-writing them off. Hence most of my posts would be a close reflection of my life, my views, my take on things and of course my emotions. Highly emotion driven that I am, this is a good place to vent it all out once in a while.

A strong believer in ‘life is all about eating’, I am a die-hard non vegetarian food fan. Finding good places to try out different cuisines, be it roadside kabab-corner to an authentic sophisticated restaurant- been there, eaten that. Trust me, eating can be a passion.

Talking about passion, this would be a good time to tell you that I am hopelessly in love with my city. Of course, who isn’t? But still, the whole dynamics of Mumbai, from the Sea link to the stinking crowded 6.40pm Virar local, everything just enriches the whole Mumbai experience. A hot vada pav and a cutting can fix the most tiring day and a smile from a just-as-busy stranger can fix a broken heart here.

All in all, this would comprise of my weirdo opinions, crazy ideas and mostly just random rants. Keep peeking in once in a while, and I like people who express their opinions. (a mild way of begging for comments).

Peace.
